Dear Dictator

When political turmoil forces British-Caribbean dictator Anton Vincent (Michael Caine, The Dark Knight, Inception) to flee his island nation, he seeks refuge in the most unlikely of places, with rebellious teenage girl Tatiana (Odeya Rush, Goosebumps, Lady Bird) and her mother (Katie Holmes, Dawson's Creek, Batman Begins) in suburban America. In an outrageous turn of events, the dictator winds up turning Tatiana into a rebel, teaching her how to start a revolution and overthrow the popular kids who rule her high school.
