Synopsis: Paranoid New York cab driver Jerry Fletcher (Gibson) has an apartment's worth of conspiracy theories, but when one of them turns out to be true he finds himself on the run from mysterious government agents. Julia Roberts plays the initially skeptical goverment employee who aids him in this edgy thriller.
