Bulworth

Bulworth

Believing his career is over, Senator Jay Bulworth takes out an enormous insurance policy and a contract on his own life. But his impending death fills him with an outrageous desire to break the rules and tell it like it is. Suddenly the Senator is the surprise political favorite and falls hopelessly in love with Nina, a beautiful, young activist from the inner city. Now that Bulworth has found a new reason to live, he must also find the hit man who's out to kill him!

Synopsis: When Sen. Bulworth realizes his is a crooked field, he takes a hit out a hit on himself. But before he goes, he's gives his peers the old what-for with his new in-your-face rap stylings full of diatribes against all the lying. Lo and behold, telling the truth, and hooking up with an African-American homegirl, gives him a new lease on life and he must cancel the hit before it's too late.
