In a bleak future, Julian Michaels is an inventor who has created what he believes to be the ultimate form of entertainment and release. VICE is a resort that is populated by artificial people. They look and act that regular people, but there is no moral imperative to treat them like people. The purpose of the resort is to allow visitors to abuse these fake people in any way they wish, wreaking all sorts of mayhem. However, one artificial person becomes self-aware and makes an escape, enlisting the aid of Roy, a cop, to get this twisted playground shut down.
