Lt.Col. Caldwell (Sean Connery) and Police Inspector Jay Austin (Mark Harmon) don't like each other. Not even a little bit. That's because Caldwell helped run Austin out of the military police a few years back. And now these natural enemies are forced to team up to solve a brutal murder at The Presidio military compound.
Synopsis: Slick thriller about a cop sent in to solve the murder of a female MP at the Presidio army base in S.F., only he must join forces with his hated former commander to get the job done. The two discover a smuggling operation, while the cop discovers the old guy's hottie daughter.
